All you need to know before shaving your face.

How to shave your face?

Shaving your face to get rid of the unwanted peach fuss is a concept that is introduced very recently. Here are some things you need to keep in mind before you decide to shave your face.

1. Clean your face

Now, this might sound obvious but it is an important step. If you do not clean your face properly there might be a chance that the bacteria on your face can get into open pores.

This can cause irritation or acne.

2. Exfoliate your skin

Exfoliating your skin will help you get a clean base for your razor to glide on. As it gets rid of all the dead skin cells, unclogs pores, and dirt.

You can use your favorite scrub or a clean dense brush.

3. Create a barrier between your skin and the razor

Never use the razor on dry skin it can cause razor burns, ingrown hairs, and irritation. To create a barrier either you apply a thick layer of cream or you can apply a thick layer of Aloe Vera gel or any gel you prefer.

4. Do not shave in the opposite the direction of your hairs growth

We all know when it comes to body hair we prefer to shave or wax in the opposite direction of our hair growth but doing the same to your face can be harmful.

Always shave in the direction of your hairs to prevent razor burns, cuts, and irritation. Razors for women are not very flexible and sharp at the same time. I would recommend you to go slow with steady hands.

5. Wash your face with cold water

Using warm water can lead to open pores so using water just a bit cold than room temperature will prevent it. Use a microfiber towel and pat dry your face.

Then carry on with your daily skin routine. Also, use a nice tonner to help in closing your pores or you can use rosewater,

6. Do not go into the sun for 24 hours

After shaving your face you should avoid the sun as our skin becomes much sensitive and sun’s damaging rays can cause more damage
